Overview

Driving licence is essential to this role. Please do not apply if you do not have a driving licence. This is a hand on position training new and existing staff members as well as carrying out regular cleaning duties at a range of venues.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Supervisor to lead our training inititives within our cleaning company and ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning, customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive training programmes that enhance employee performance and satisfaction.

Duties

Conduct training sessions to facilitate skill development among employees. Assess the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and create strategies for improvement. Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and engagement. Communicate effectively with team members at all levels to ensure clarity of expectations and objectives. Cleaning domestic premises as well as commercial units while maintaining company standards of team members

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or training role, preferably within a customer service environment. Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, with exceptional communication skills. Ability to drive initiatives that enhance employee development and performance. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for both employees and clients. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution within a team setting.
