We're looking for a hands-on, empathetic and dedicated individual to lead by example in upholding Bluestone's values, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. This role is a permanent part-time position for 15 hours per week on Monday and Friday. it involves supervising and motivating a team, checking completed lodges, and maintaining seamless communication with the housekeeping team, senior leaders, and other departments, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to.
