We're looking for a
Training & Support Administrator
to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone experienced, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
Manage bookings, joining instructions, course materials, and learner registrations
Coordinate between learners, trainers, and external partners
Handle course paperwork, registers, and compliance documentation
Support general front-of-house duties, including welcoming learners across 6 training venues
Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of training services
Build strong relationships with clients, awarding bodies, and partners
Communicate with trainees, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure all training requirements are met
Maintain accurate records and databases related to training activities
Assist the Senior Coordinator when required, including sourcing trainers and providing support during busy periods
Requirements
Previous experience in the Health & Safety training industry or a similar training administration role
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organisational and IT skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Quick learner with initiative and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of training, NVQs, awarding bodies, and grants (advantageous)
High attention to detail with a proactive, professional, and team-focused attitude
Willingness to occasionally travel to support other training centres (fuel expenses covered)
Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary:
24,000 - 28,000
(higher end for candidates with training or construction admin experience)
Working hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
