Training Support Coordinator

Location:

Hampton, Middlesex (with potential home working)

Hours:

Part?time, 24 hours per week (over a minimum of 3 days)

The Fire Industry Association (FIA) is the UK's leading fire safety trade association. Our Training Department runs a busy schedule of courses and assessments, supporting professionals nationwide. We are now looking for a

Training Support Coordinator

to join our team in Hampton and help us continue to deliver an outstanding experience for every learner.

What you'll be doing

As our Training Support Coordinator, you'll play a key part in keeping our training operations running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing delegate bookings and processing amendments Handling course results and issuing certificates Responding to learner and trainer enquiries by phone and email Supporting test setup, remote invigilation, and troubleshooting Keeping training records accurate and up to date in our systems Coordinating logistics for in?house and external training events

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail A clear and professional communicator Confident using digital tools such as Outlook, Excel, and CRMs (or quick to learn) Comfortable handling a varied workload in a busy environment
It would be an advantage if you have experience in training, events, or education support, and familiarity with systems such as ClassMarker, SimpleCert or Salesforce?type CRMs.
