Learning and development are seeking a highly organised Learning and Development administrator to keep our learning programmes running smoothly. You'll coordinate training logistics, maintain accurate records, support our LMS, and be a friendly first point of contact for learners, managers, and external providers. If you love detail, deadlines, and helping people grow, this role is for you.


What you'll do




Coordinate end-to-end logistics for learning programmes, workshops, e-learning, and onboarding sessions (scheduling, invites, rooms/virtual links, materials, attendance). Maintain our Learning Management System (enrolments, user accounts, course updates, troubleshooting, reporting). Track compliance and mandatory training; send reminders; ensure accurate records and audit readiness. Liaise with in-house-specialist trainers and external training providers and venues; negotiate dates, manage bookings, and process invoices/POs. Prepare learning communications, guides, and dashboards; to promote opportunities. Collect feedback and evaluate learning impact; compile reports for ODHR/L&D and leadership. Keep the L&D inbox organised; respond to queries quickly and professionally. Assist with budget tracking, vendor contracts, and policy updates. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, templates, and learner experience.

About you




You will have experience in an administrative role within L&D/HR, education, or events. Be confident with LMS platforms (e.g., Workday Learning, ORACLE) and MS Office; strong Excel/Sheets skills AND Power BI. Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple deadlines. Clear, friendly communicator with great customer service skills. Comfortable handling sensitive data confidentially; know GDPR/data privacy practices. Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through. Knowledge of learning metrics and basic evaluation methods. Qualification or progress toward L&D/HR certification (e.g., CIPD L&D Level 3,) or willingness to study with our support. Have budget/invoice processing experience.
