Job Description

The Transactional Finance Manager will oversee transactional finance processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This permanent role based in Crewe offers a blend of onsite and remote working opportunities.

Manage and oversee transactional finance processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Management of a small finance team, including all training, 121s, appraisals
Continually identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiencies
Collaborate with relevant departments.
Generate reports to support decision-making processes.
Ensure all reconciliations are completed within set deadlines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions.

A successful Transactional Finance Manager should have:

Experience in working in a Team Leader role in a similar SSC environment - Essential
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
People leadership knowledge - Essential
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
