We are recruiting for the role of Transactional Service Team Leader.
Whilst this role is part of the team based in our office in Coventry, our teams work flexibly and remotely, therefore your proximity to the office doesn't always have to be a critical consideration.

As Transactional Services Team Leader for the PNC Team, you'll lead a dedicated team of vetted PNC Operators, ensuring the secure, accurate, and timely processing of Level 1 and Level 2 police checks. You'll uphold strict legal and security standards while driving performance and continuous improvement. With the transition to the new Law Enforcement Database on the horizon, this is your chance to shape how critical police intelligence supports family justice in a digital-first future.
