iVC Consulting is an international independent consulting firm specializing in the value chain optimisation for startups, scaleups, and multinational companies, offering support in defining, refining, and improving cross-border operations and scaling strategies. We serve start-up and scale-up businesses as well as the biggest asset management funds. Our transfer pricing professionals provide expert advice on any aspect of transfer pricing, including modelling, documentation, controversy, financial transactions, operational and strategic transfer pricing. Alongside transfer pricing our comprehensive solutions also encompass the coverage of valuations, accounting, process automation and international taxation.

We are searching for a strong manager (previous experience in TP required) to join our practice. This is an on-site position.

Your role

As a Manager in our consultancy:

You will be responsible for multiple client accounts. You will be involved in discussions with the top management of our clients. You will be managing complex and exciting projects in the digital economy, financial services, and other fields. You will be leading, guiding, and inspiring your colleagues. You will be actively involved in the business development and productization initiatives.
We include application of AI in the delivery of the professional services.

We, together, will be innovating and aiming to cover all clients' needs: from transfer pricing structuring & modelling, through the implementation and to documentation, monitoring and beyond.

Who are you?

You have solid from 4 to 8 years' experience in transfer pricing. You care about your team and your clients. You possess strong technical TP and project management skills. ADIT TP qualification highly appreciated. You love working with complex issues and finding simple solutions. You are positive, solution-oriented, stress-resilient, and thrive in dynamic environments. You are adaptive, entrepreneurial, and open to new ideas. You take responsibility for your work and achieve your goals. Strong MS Excel & MS Office skills.
