Job Description


A household retailer is undertaking a full company transformation programme and is in the process of assembling their transformation function, filled with people who are passionate about delivering results and making an impact on day one.

This is an exciting and challenging role that offers the opportunity to manage the delivery of projects worth tens of millions of pounds and support one of retail\'s largest upcoming transformation programmes in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to deliver value, and source root causes of problems
  • Offer strategically sound solutions accompanied with a roadmap to deliver results
  • Identify useful and effective KPIs and performance drivers to be put in place to measure results
  • Design, trial, problem solve, and stress test changes to ensure they fit the needs of staff, customers, and the planet
  • Follow the programme through to adoption of new procedures and support the transition into business as usual (BAU)
Requirements
  • Experience analysing data to make strategic recommendations
  • You will have some experience of delivering complex or multi-functional transformational programmes
  • Confident tracking and reporting on project delivery, from a business change, strategy or transformation role, or from consulting
  • Ability to deliver solutions that have technical and human impact
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to engage stakeholders at all levels in the business
Other Details
  • Start date: Mid-October
  • Duration: 3 month contract, with option to become permanent
  • Location: Hybrid, 2 days in office in Northern England
  • Day rate: \xc2\xa3300 PAYE / \xc2\xa3400 LTD
