About Blinx Healthcare -
At Blinx Healthcare, we're transforming how healthcare is delivered across the NHS and beyond. Our flagship platform, the Patient and Care Optimiser (PACO), helps care providers deliver smarter, more connected services across neighbourhoods including GP Practices, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), Federations, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), urgent care, community or mental health care, and private healthcare.
PACO combines online consultations, care navigation, appointment booking, patient communications, digital data capture, and population health analytics into one seamless system -- supporting healthcare teams to improve patient access and reduce pressure on services.
As we expand into new NHS neighbourhoods and sectors, we're looking for a Transformation and Adoption Lead to ensure PACO is embedded successfully, tailored to local needs, and embraced by both clinical and operational staff.
The Role -
As a Transformation and Adoption Lead, you will oversee the rollout and ongoing adoption of PACO across a variety of healthcare settings, including neighbourhoods, urgent care providers, community services, PCNs, and private practices. You will partner with stakeholders at every level to drive cultural and operational change, ensuring our platform delivers measurable improvements in care.
This role requires strong change management skills, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a passion for driving digital transformation. While previous healthcare experience is desirable, it is not essential -- what matters most is your ability to influence, adapt, and lead adoption effectively.
Key Responsibilities -
Change & Transformation:
Lead the adoption of PACO across NHS and private sector organisations, embedding it as part of everyday workflows.
Champion best practice and help healthcare teams reimagine how they deliver services using digital tools.
Act as a change leader, supporting cultural and behavioural shifts required for success.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage and influence stakeholders at every level -- from clinicians to senior leaders.
Build strong relationships across clinical, operational, and managerial teams.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to maximise engagement and adoption.
Project Planning & Delivery:
Develop and deliver adoption and transformation plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
Work with technical teams to ensure smooth configuration, testing, and go-live.
Monitor adoption metrics to track impact and progress.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
Ensure PACO delivers consistently high levels of performance and value in diverse care settings.
Collect feedback and share insights to shape product improvements and deployment methodology.
Identify and resolve barriers to adoption quickly and effectively.
About You -
Proven experience leading transformation, adoption, or change management in complex environments.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation.
Background in deploying or embedding digital solutions (healthcare experience is desirable but not essential).
Knowledge of NHS structures (Neighbourhoods, Primary Care, PCNs, Community or Mental Health Care, Urgent Care, ICBs) is an advantage.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
