Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for leading large-scale IT transformation initiatives? We are looking for a Transformation Delivery Lead to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of technical programs.
About the role
As the Transformation Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing IT transformation programs from inception to completion. This role requires a blend of program management, transition to Business-As-Usual (BAU), resource management, delivery management, budget oversight, and agile delivery skills. You will ensure that programs are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the delivery of IT transformation programs.
Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive program plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
Ensure seamless transition of transformation programs to operational teams.
Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure program success.
Oversee the execution of program deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Develop and manage technical program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and transparency.
Collaborate closely with the Program Director to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery.
About you
Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience. A master's degree is preferred.
At least 7-10 years of experience in IT project/program management, with a focus on transformation initiatives.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT programs on time, within scope, and within budget.
Strong understanding of transition to BAU processes and best practices.
Excellent resource management skills, with experience in building and leading cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of delivery management methodologies, tools, and agile practices.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and optimisation.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner) are highly desirable.
Technical skills in areas such as cloud computing, software development, and system integration.
