We are recruiting for 2 Transformation Manager positions, working in either our Transformation Development or Transformation Discovery Team.

As a Transformation Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and delivering key projects that underpin our strategic ambitions. Working hand in hand with other business functions, you'll pull together high-performing cross-functional teams to shape and execute our long-term transformation agenda.
Expect to be involved in everything from building compelling business cases and setting up robust governance to understanding shifts in the retail market and facilitating agile ways of working. You'll have the opportunity to influence major change programmes and play a critical role in delivering a better proposition for our customers.
For the Transformation Development role: You will, work in a high performing team dedicated to designing and delivering complex, cross functional transformation initiatives, that drive organisational change, to propel functional transformation programmes forwards where end to end, support is required.
For the Transformation Discovery role: You will identify revenue growth and cost out opportunities across the business, drive a culture of innovation and strategic long-term thinking, turning our strategy into initiative options for the business to consider.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring demonstrable experience of leading cross-functional projects at scale, with a passion for driving transformation and delivering tangible benefits. You'll be naturally curious, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments--able to frame the right business questions and inspire others to embrace change.
Strong communication skills are essential, enabling you to present recommendations clearly and influence at the highest level.

If you can combine analytical thinking with practical insight, innovate while keeping the bigger picture in mind, and build strong relationships quickly, you'll fit right in.
Essential criteria:
Proven track record of leading cross-functional programmes with significant business benefits.
Demonstrable experience of shaping and delivering major change projects or programmes.
Ability to leverage data, insight, and external innovation to inform complex decision-making.
Skilled in synthesising strategic issues and presenting clear, structured recommendations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with evidence of influencing senior stakeholders.
