Transformation Manager
to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer operations.
About The Role
As our
Transformation Manager
, you'll
play a leading role on Jaja's
Operations Transformation agenda
--managing a portfolio of strategic change initiatives that will reshape how we serve customers and operate behind the scenes.
Reporting to the
Head of Ops Transformation
, you'll drive high-impact projects across multiple operational areas, from digital customer journeys to back-office automation. You'll also champion transformation best practices, ensuring change is delivered smoothly and successfully--while creating a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

What
you'll
be doing:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programmes--aligning change projects with Jaja's strategic priorities.
Manage the Operations Transformation portfolio--ensuring effective prioritisation, resourcing, and progress tracking.
Build and embed transformation frameworks, methodologies, and governance across the business.
Drive organisational change--including readiness planning, stakeholder engagement, and training to support smooth adoption.
Deliver business-critical change programmes in collaboration with Technology, Product, Operations, HR and external partners.
Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards to monitor success, measure benefits realisation, and continuously improve.
Influence senior leaders and drive decision-making across multiple departments.
About You:
Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or change programmes within financial services.
Deep knowledge of consumer lending, credit cards, banking, or fintech operations.
Track record of delivering complex change portfolios with measurable results.
Skilled in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, PRINCE2, MSP) and portfolio management frameworks.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills--comfortable working at all levels.
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Experience in digital transformation and technology-enabled change.
