Are you a hands on, organised Project Coordinator who enjoys keeping plans on track and driving progress? We're delivering a major transformation in HR and Talent Acquisition and we're looking for someone to help bring it to life.
In this role, you'll support the management of the overall project plan, helping track progress, coordinate tasks, and keep key stakeholders aligned. We're looking for someone with experience managing project plans, who's confident staying on top of the detail and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the planning and execution of people focused change projects
Coordinating project timelines, actions, and documentation
Contribute to project reporting
Manage the project plans
Driving stakeholder engagement, tracking progress, and helping remove roadblocks
Assisting in the implementation of new systems, processes, and ways of working
Supporting change management activity and internal communications
Reporting on progress and helping turn strategy into action
Essential skills & experience we looking for:
Experience supporting project or transformation work, ideally within HR or Talent Acquisition
Experience in building and managing project plans
Superb organisational and communication skills
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders
Familiar with project tools like Asana, MS Project, or Monday.com
Bonus if you've worked in a large, complex business or construction environment
