Transformation Tollgate Program Lead, Senior Vice President

Job Description

The Tollgate (TG) team was established within COO in February 2025 to support management in the scheduling and execution of TGs for Consent Order (CO) Transformation regulatory commitments. Individuals within the TG team will be responsible for working with the CO Remediation Assurance Lead, the CO Program Group leaders and the CO Transformation Leads to establish, challenge and manage the TG schedule. This will include assessing scheduling concentration risks and providing management reporting related to items such as TG participation, follow-up actions and results. improving accountability management of delivery and results. They will assess the nature of the regulatory commitments under their responsibility to challenge dependencies that may impact TG schedules and required participants and help provide visibility and alignment across all three Lines of Defense (LOD) on the TG requirements and operating principles while increasing understanding and challenge of dependencies and impact. The team will drive efficiencies through consolidation of Consent Order (CO) and Business as Usual (BAU) processes and provide cross learning for teams. This includes an elevated focus and providing more frequent progress demonstration.


Responsibilities

:

Manages the Transformation Logistics and Coordination Team & Resourcing requirements Oversees the TG Process/Schedule/Concentration Analysis and Implementation across the CO Ensures consistent TG guidance and processes Develops the TG Schedule strategy, creation, and timelines Creates requirements and implements TG Reporting/Tooling Establishes requirements for TG outcome documentation, action tracking and resolution Escalates TG concerns to CO Remediation Assurance Lead and Transformation Leads (TL)

Qualifications

:

Experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry Knowledge of Citi's regulatory commitments in the relevant area of responsibility ( Compliance, Risk Management, Controls, Data, Finance/ Treasury, ACT). Project Management and data analysis experience. Excellent communication skills: ability to engage and inspire across stakeholder groups. Demonstrate leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls. Excellent analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities and processes. Proven experience in risk management, monitoring and testing, and quality control. Proven experience in implementing sustainable solutions and improving processes. Ability to deliver compelling presentations and influence executive audiences. Well versed in breaking down complex matters into core issues and root causes that can be more readily addressed. Proficient in developing new ideas to mitigate risk and improve current processes Consistently reads different situations accurately and takes appropriate action to gain senior colleague/ client commitment The role requires strategic thought leadership in driving efficiency and effectiveness of the control environment, ensuring effective Controls programs, and accurate reporting and escalation to the business stakeholders. Comprehensive Knowledge of Citi's businesses and functions and their risk profiles. Developing new ideas and improving current processes to proactively mitigate risks. Requires an ability to provide challenge and make recommendations based upon assessment of management actions for risk and controls remediation Expert knowledge in the development and execution of Monitoring and Testing for controls. Expert understanding of compliance laws, rules, regulations, and best practices. Deep understanding of Citi's Policies, Standards, and Procedures. Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with strong results orientation. Exceptional command in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong stakeholder and team management experience.
