Location: Borehamwood Head Office ONSITE BASED!

JRL Group is a highly successful, privately owned national construction group headquartered in North London. With continued growth across our specialist divisions, we are now looking to recruit a Transport Administrator to join our central Transport team based at our Borehamwood Head Office.


This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to support the day-to-day running of our in-house transport function within a fast-paced and growing construction business.

THE ROLE




As a Transport Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Transport team, helping to ensure the efficient coordination of vehicles, drivers, and transport-related documentation across the Group.

Key Responsibilities



Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Transport department Maintain and update transport records, databases, and spreadsheets Assist with vehicle and driver compliance documentation Liaise with drivers, site teams, and internal stakeholders Support scheduling, allocation, and tracking of vehicles Process transport-related paperwork accurately and efficiently Ensure company procedures and compliance standards are followed Assist with general office administration duties as required

Skills & Experience



Previous administration experience essential; transport or logistics experience desirable Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office packages Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
