Work hours: 5 days per week (Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm)

NCF Living is a fast-growing, dynamic company looking for a Transport Administrator to support Head Office activities as the company continues to expand. This is an ideal opportunity for a person who can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and a desire to work hard.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for day to day, general administration duties. The role of a transport administrator is very fast paced, so being able to work well under pressure is crucial. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Data entry, using
Microsoft Excel
spreadsheets
Maintaining and updating internal databases and portals
Processing paperwork, updating systems and filing documentation
General admin duties
Maintaining deadlines
Some customer service duties
Skills:
Excellent communicator at all levels
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
(Excel is essential for this role)
Well organised and methodical approach to working
Accuracy, attention to detail
Be able to remain focused and stay on task
Able to multitask
