About the role
To work within the fleet team administration function. To maintain all training records and compliance with the mandatory Driver Training including drivers CPC. This is exhaustive and other administration duties within the team will also fall under this role.
Ensure that the full fleet complies with company and current legal legislation
In conjunction with Accounts, supply purchase orders for all expenditure
Support the Transport Office with administrative duties
Work with management to ensure company policies are communicated, applied and deployed
Ensure CPC driver training is compliance at all times
Working within clear guidelines, help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes for your area of responsibility during the shift
Responsible for the execution of transport plans, ensuring transport and network SLAs/KPIs are achieved
Take ownership and accountability for driver inductions, training and qualifications are up to date for driver reports
Produce and distribute all training material as required and update and keep accurate training records for all drivers
Organise company and corporate inductions for all new employees
Support the Fleet Admin Manager as and when required and undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by your manager or a director
Attend any training courses and business meetings as required by the company
Fulfil the duties as laid down by the Company Health & Safety Policy and bring issues of concern to the attention of the senior management
he ideal candidate will have:
You must be fully computer literate, in particular with Microsoft software packages
You will be an experienced administrator and ideally have gained skills by working in a similar role
You will be highly organised and be able to plan your work effectively
You will be a confident communicator, both verbally and in writing with stakeholders at all levels
