Responsibilities & Requirements

We are seeking a Transport Administrator to join our dynamic team at Fox Group. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our operations through efficient administrative processes. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation as a respected leader in the industry.

Complete daily debriefs with all drivers as they return to the depot. Ensure all compliant delivery paperwork is signed, present and correct to avoid POD queries and possible financial losses to the business. Check any returned invoices are compliant and signed. Query any returned stand loads, being brought back to the site, including details of any dropped loads on their shift. Assist and support in general administration duties as required, and liaise with transport teams across different site locations. Carry out vehicle spot checks for damage and cleanliness. Report any non compliant PPE/Uniformed drivers. Complete an end of shift database log including all of the above, and ensure the reports are forwarded to the relevant people. Must have a current driving licence. Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: 13.50-13.60 per hour
