An exciting opportunity for a

Transport Administrator

has opened at our

Greene King.



Please note that for this rolethe training will be completed in Northampton but our site will be moving to Coventry (CV3 4GA) in early 2026. Travel expenses for the training period will be paid by the company.



You will be working with the transport team to ensure GXO Logistics fulfill their responsibilities relating to the distribution of Greene King product from the Northampton operational site.

This is a full time, permanent role. You will be working any 5 days out of 7,

rotational weekly shifts of 6am - 2.30pm and 2pm - 10.30pm

.

What you'll do on a typical day:

Dispatch routes

where required to achieve contractual delivery times Carry out

administrative duties

to a high level of accuracy

Plan vehicle routes

using a transport planning software

Monitor and manage

information from the vehicle telematics system Provide

daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports

Record and escalate details of incidents and accidents

Provide excellent customer service

by resolving queries promptly

Maintain safety and compliance

- keep the work area clean and adhere to Health & Safety standards

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Previous

experience in an Administrator

role or similar

IT Literate

with good knowledge of Excel and Google spreadsheets would be useful Excellent

attention to detail

Understanding of inventory processes is desirable

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

with a customer-focused approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

, showing initiative and adaptability

Commitment to Health & Safety

and maintaining operational standards
