Monday to Friday working 6am-2pm + 2pm-10pm on rotation (may be required to work occasional weekends)

We are now looking for a Transport Administrator to provide administrative support within our transport operations, ensuring accurate data entry, compliance with regulations, and smooth coordination between drivers, planners, and customers.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Maintain accurate transport records and documentation Process driver paperwork and update systems promptly Support compliance with legal and company transport standards Liaise with drivers, planners, and other departments to resolve queries Assist with scheduling and route planning where required Generate reports and provide data analysis to support operational decisions

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Previous experience in transport or logistics administration (preferred) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
