Job Description
Broughton Transport Solutions are a family run logistics company in Broughton Gifford, Wiltshire which has established an enviable reputation both locally and internationally for the quality of our general haulage and pallet transport services.
We are looking for a new member of the Customer Service team to work in our growing Pallet Network division. As a depot, we cover a large geographical area and operate 30+ vehicles daily. We are members of two pallet networks seeing us handle 3,500+ pallets per week.
The company lives by the motto "Big Enough To Cope, Small Enough To Care" so this position will play a vital part in the upkeep of this through liaison with customers and network partners.

Duties to include but not limited to:
First point of contact for network members and drivers Preparing and distributing drivers paperwork Dispatching drivers onto their routes in the morning Ensuring deliveries & collections are made on time Booking jobs on the traffic system Answering inbound and making outbound phone calls Provide customer service support by resolving queries/updates with network partners and customers in a timely manner
The ideal candidate would have experience working within a transport / pallet network team, however not essential as full training will be given for the right candidate.
Due to the nature of the role, it is fully office-based at our depot in Broughton Gifford near Melksham.
We can be flexible with working days & hours but do require minimum 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Wednesday. We are open to part time & full time applicants.

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
