Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday ( 8am - 4.30pm, including 30 min unpaid break)

What you'll be doing;
Handling day-to-day queries from drivers, customers and other internal departments
Data input onto Tranman, Workday, spreadsheets, other internal software, raising POs.
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Dealing with vehicle and transport administration
Ensuring all required administrative tasks are completed in line with company requirements
Providing general administrative and clerical support to the office
Providing support and liaison between the administration department, customers, third party suppliers and internal teams
Dealing with and escalating service complaints to ensure effective resolution for the customer and protecting the company image and brand
Ad hoc duties within the Admin Team
Conducting driver debriefs
Downloading Tachograph Card information and processing driver paperwork
What we're looking for;
Essential:
Previous relevant Admin Experience
Confident using Microsoft Office and transport management systems (training will be provided for internal software)
Strong attention to detail and being able to take notes during the meetings
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable with good punctuality and attendance
Desirable:
Previous experience in a transport or logistics admin role preferred
