What you will do on a typical day:

Pre-brief drivers, providing them with vehicle documentation and keys, and customer paperwork Debrief drivers at the end of their shift, ensuring their paperwork has been completed in full Respond to any enquiries, field calls and take messages to pass onto the Transport team Run Tachograph and KPI reports at the end of each shift and circulate to the wider team

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team Good communication skills both verbal and written Strong customer service skills Transport background is desirable
