Shift patterns: Monday to Friday - 9:30am to 6pm

DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team in our transport department.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will


Maintain and complete timely and accurate records for the transport department Debriefing Drivers Monitoring crews out on the road Using different IT programs including Microsoft office and Microlise Health and Safety (Tasks to be carried out, working safely, daily checks, working safely) Liaising with customer services Payroll support Reporting and investigating issues relevant to the operation Stock control tasks

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

Preferably payroll support experience (desirable and can be trained) Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office) Flexible to cover the early shift if required
