Job Description

Staffline is recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our client's Distribution Centre in St Athan.
Shift:0600-1500
Pattern: Monday to Friday
PAYE pay rate: 13.25/hr
Your Time at Work
Role will include:

Daily briefing/debriefing of drivers
Data input and reporting
Update daily and weekly KPI trackers
Update inbound/outbound trackers
Produce daily run sheets
Assist with weekly planning
Tracking of vehicles using telematic systems
Promote DHL Safety culture
Handle inbound calls from customer and external stakeholders
Produce outbound EU Returns documentation
Other general admin duties as required.

Strong administrative skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).
Attention to detail with good time management.
Ability to work under pressure.
Team player, motivated, and eager to grow in a dynamic and diverse environment.

Desirable but Not Essential:

Experience in a transport office.
