Duties

Assist in the management of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all tasks. Utilise Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to create documents, manage schedules, and analyse data. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support operational processes. Demonstrate leadership qualities by guiding team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role in a transport operation is essential Familiarity with management principles and practices within a logistics or supply chain context is advantageous. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
