The Role

Fantastic opportunity based in Randalstown.

Duties and Responsibilities

Management of driver's hours, working time directive and infringements to include driver behavioural management when required.

Management of drivers CPC training and records

Incident and accident reporting

Updating and recording driver health and safety training

Liaising with insurance providers to ensure all vehicles and drivers are covered and all accidents and incidents are reported as per company procedures

Ensuring all waste management paperwork is accurate and recorded.

Controlling, inspecting, and maintaining lease vehicles

Purchase, sale, and disposal of company vehicles to include trailers

Using online systems to maintain fleet tracking and fuel card management

Due diligence and induction of new recruit drivers and driver helpers to include upload of driver licensing to licence check system.

Maintaining company Operators licence

Ensuring all waste collection permits are up to date and all driver docket books are complete and accurate

Textile bank logistics

The Person

Exceptional communication skills

Able to build and sustain strong relationships with peers and client business leaders.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Strong IT skills

Essential Criteria

Must have logistics experience

Ability to work within a high-pressure environment.

Ability to prioritise tasks with a high level of detail.
