We're Hiring! Transport & Yard Coordinator
MTM Construction is looking for an organised, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a hands-on role.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate transport, deliveries & collections
Manage yard operations (loading/unloading, stock control, equipment allocation)
Liaise with drivers, suppliers & site teams
Support the workshop to ensure plant is serviced & ready
Keep the yard safe, clean & well-organised
About You:
Yard or construction plant experience helpful
Strong organisation & communication skills
Practical, proactive & able to work independently or in a team
Basic IT skills
Forklift/telehandler ticket is a bonus (training available!)
