The Role - Be the Backbone of Our Transport Team!

As a Transport Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of our transport department. From scheduling and compliance to liaising with drivers and customers, you'll help ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Coordination

- Assist with planning vehicle movements and driver schedules.

Compliance & Administration

- Ensure vehicles and drivers meet legal and safety requirements.

Driver Support

- Be a key point of contact for drivers, providing updates and resolving issues.

Fleet Management

- Help monitor vehicle availability, maintenance, and inspections.

Record Keeping

- Maintain accurate logs of journeys, maintenance, and compliance checks. Handle transport invoicing and sweeper invoicing. Ensure accurate and timely updates on service schedules.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in transport, logistics, or fleet administration (preferred but not essential). Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance (a plus). IT skills - confident using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office.
