Full-time | 45 hours per week | On-site parking



Flying Hire Ltd are seeking a proactive

Transport Coordinator

to support our busy transport and fleet operations. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and compliant running of vehicles and machinery while assisting with day-to-day transport planning and administration.

What you'll do:



Support transport planning, scheduling, and documentation Maintain accurate vehicle, service, and compliance records Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth deliveries and collections Provide administrative support across the transport team

What we're looking for:



Previous experience in transport, logistics, or fleet coordination Strong organisation and attention to detail Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance Confident communicator with good IT skills (Microsoft Office) Flexible and able to work under pressure
