Head office is based at North Cave, west of Hull, the company serves both construction industry clients and private customers. The company operates a fleet of 8-wheeler and bulk tippers to ensure efficient deliveries across its service area.
Role Description
This is a full time, on site role based at either our head office at North Cave or the newly opened office in the heart of Sheffield. The primary responsibilities include; planning and coordinating transport schedules, managing logistics for the delivery fleet, ensuring timely delivery of aggregates and liaising with drivers and customers to optimise service. The role will also involve maintaining detailed operational records and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service abilities to interact with clients, suppliers and drivers, ensuring quality service and issue resolution.
Proven organisation skills to manage schedules, maintain records and handle multiple tasks efficiently .
Familiarity with transport regulations and policies is highly beneficial.
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
Proactive real-time problem solving mindset.
Previous experience in the construction or logistics industries is beneficial but not essential.
