Your Role:



As a

Transport Coordinator

at Convelio in the Warehouse department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of art logistics. With your unique skill set and passion for innovation, you will contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the industry.

You will report to the Head of Storage & Technicians as one of three warehouse functions (Transport, Storage and Technicians).

?? What you'll do:

Transport planning

Schedule collections and deliveries for our four trucks each day, using the Transport Diary to ensure clients are not left waiting too long, and planning sensible routes for each truck Understand the nature of the artworks we are collecting, taking into account the size and materials of each piece to effectively schedule transport Contact collection and delivery points by phone & email to schedule in collections and deliveries Act as the main liaison between the client coordinators who book in our shipments, and the technician-drivers who carry out collections and deliveries Work closely with our Head of Storage & Technicians to balance competing requests such as last-minute changes to schedules or urgent delivery requests Assign and monitor shipments that our trucks cannot fulfil by handing them over to third party trucking companies Monitor the progress of pickups and deliveries, anticipate and address potential delays or issues, and keep relevant teams and clients informed. Manage any incidents that occur during transport, communicating to our drivers what to do and transferring information back to relevant parties.

Administration & Reporting

Prepare paperwork for the trucks such as Collection Notes and Delivery Notes Keep our internal tool Salesforce fully updated with when collections and deliveries are expected to happen, and when they have happened Report on KPIs such as time to collect and work on action plans to improve these KPIs Manage transport budgets to ensure that our trucks are well-utilised and third party spend does not exceed budgets

? Your profile:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple requests at once and prioritise effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise across teams. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills needed to build relationships with both client coordinators and technician-drivers in the team Proficient in English Comfortable using digital tools (reporting dashboards, email, Excel, shared drives). Proactive mindset: problem-solver who follows up until issues are resolved Previous experience in transport planning, logistics coordination, or operations is a bonus
