Join Hereford Galvanizers as a Transport & Customer Service Advisor, where you will ensure seamless communication between our customers, transport operations, and production teams. In this pivotal role, you will manage logistics, coordinate deliveries and collections, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting the efficient operation of galvanizing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily transport routes and loading schedules.
Liaise with drivers and ensure compliance with transport documentation.
Act as the primary contact for customers regarding order updates and service queries.
Collaborate with production teams to meet customer requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records and monitor quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in transport logistics and customer service.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; training on bespoke software provided.
