Transport Manager (compliance & Operations)
Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a Transport Manager to lead SEN and social services operations, with a focus on compliance and digital fleet monitoring systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with PSV, DVSA and safeguarding requirements
- Manage fleet maintenance and GPS-enabled tracking systems
- Coordinate with councils, schools, and care providers
- Implement digital solutions to monitor driver schedules and route efficiency
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) - mandatory
- Experience in transport/logistics
- Strong compliance management and leadership skills
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of digital compliance systems or back-end reporting
- Familiarity with SEN sector operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 39,500.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Liverpool L6 1AE
