Position Summary



We are looking for a proactive and highly organised

Office Administrator

to join our dynamic team. This role is vital to the daily running of our transport operations, supporting both our logistics and office functions. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience in a busy transport office--and knowledge of

CX Haulage Exchange

will be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflows Perform accurate data entry and maintain well-organised records Professionally handle incoming phone calls and provide outstanding customer service Assist with team schedules, appointments, and email correspondence Use

Google Suite

for document and task management; familiarity with

QuickBooks

is a bonus Coordinate with drivers, clients, and subcontractors to support logistics operations Post and manage loads on

CX Haulage Exchange

(preferred) Track jobs and assist with PODs, invoicing, and reporting

Requirements:



Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative/logistics role Strong multitasking and organisational skills Proficiency with Google Suite; knowledge of QuickBooks is desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and high accuracy in data management Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Experience using CX Haulage Exchange is highly preferred
