NFS 360 Connect are seeking a reliable and organised
Transport Office Administrator
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. You'll play a key part in supporting our transport office with essential administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the transport office team
Providing First point of contact for queries via telephone, email and in person
Ensure all enquiries are recorded and communicated
Create jobs within our inhouse computer system / planning system
General traffic office administration, copying and filing
Working with data spreadsheets
Maintaining accurate records
Liaising with Transport Planners & Managers daily
Help coordinate driver paperwork and transport documentation
Support compliance and reporting tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Experience in a transport or logistics environment (preferred but not essential)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
