Summary

We are seeking a Transport Planner on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern to join our team. This role is vital in coordinating our refrigerated logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of providing efficient and reliable refrigerated transportation services.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize transportation routes for refrigerated deliveries. Coordinate with drivers, warehouses, and clients to ensure smooth logistics operations. Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of transportation activities using Traffic Management System. Collaborate with management to improve logistical processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Analyze logistical data to identify areas for efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in logistics or transportation planning. Strong management and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently. Knowledge of supply chain management principles. Valid driving license is preferred. Leadership qualities and a customer-focused mindset.
