About The Role

We are looking to grow our Transport Planning Team with the addition of a Transport Planner. You will be a key part of the team, helping with daily route planning, managing our fleet resources and ensuring the transport planning runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

Daily route planning using HDX and Paragon software Management of fleet resource and driver shift patterns Manipulation of customer delivery matrix in line with forecast figures Emergency customer scheduling Ensure production workload is consistent daily Reporting on key logistics KPI's Pro-actively resolve potential customer and store queries Work as a team to achieve the daily and weekly targets Offer problem solving solutions Management of customer order flow

About You

Who are we looking for?

Advanced skills in Excel - including formulas, formatting and lookups Routing experience - desired but not essential Competence with Microsoft Office and relevant functions Ability to communicate and convey information by varied methods Excellent time management skills Ability to work well within a team
