We're growing, and we're now looking for a
Transport Planner

The Role
As our Transport Planner, you'll be at the heart of the operation -- sourcing loads, planning daily routes, supporting our drivers, and making sure deliveries go out on time. Every day is different, and you'll be part of a team that works together to get the job done right.
What You'll Be Doing
Sourcing loads for available vehicles.
Plan and organise daily routes for our fleet of vehicles across the UK.
Support and communicate with drivers throughout the day.
Keep customers updated and make sure deliveries meet their expectations.
Handle any issues or delays quickly and professionally.
Make sure everything we do stays compliant with transport laws and driver regulations.
Look for ways to improve routes, reduce empty miles, and keep things efficient.
What We're Looking For
Experience in transport planning, traffic office, or logistics coordination.
Good knowledge of UK roads and geography.
Understanding of driver hours, tachographs, and transport compliance.
Confident using transport systems and Microsoft Office.
Confident using Haulage Exchange.
Someone who stays calm under pressure, enjoys problem-solving, and works well as part of a team.
