KBC Logistics is a fast-growing, customer-focused logistics company providing reliable and efficient transport solutions across the UK. We are now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Transport Planner

to join our team and support the day-to-day planning and coordination of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the daily planning and scheduling of vehicles and drivers. Monitor deliveries and collections, ensuring they run on time and meet customer expectations. Communicate with drivers, customers, and colleagues to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Support the transport team with route optimisation and vehicle utilisation. Maintain accurate records and update systems with transport data. Ensure compliance with health & safety and transport regulations.

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. IT literate, with experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in logistics or transport is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
