Transport Planner

Universal Tanker Solutions is entering a period of exciting growth, with plans to expand our fleet and operations significantly over the next 3-5 years. As part of this journey, we're looking for a capable and motivated Transport Planner to join our busy transport office at our head office in Stokesley.

This is a key role in our day-to-day operations, ideal for someone with a strong understanding of logistics who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technical environment. You'll be involved in planning routes for our fleet, coordinating with drivers, and helping to ensure the smooth delivery of liquid loads across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing:

Planning and scheduling fleet movements using Mandata and Microsoft Excel

Coordinating liquid load deliveries, factoring in route efficiency, compliance, and customer requirements

Liaising with drivers and customers to ensure clear communication and timely deliveries

Supporting the wider transport team and reporting to the Operations Manager

Maintaining accurate records and assisting with operational improvements

What You'll Bring:

Experience in transport planning or logistics coordination

Strong working knowledge of Mandata and Excel

Good geographical knowledge of the UK

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A full UK driving licence

Ability to pass a DBS check
