Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Plan Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based in Fareham, this role is vital in coordinating our logistics operations to meet tight deadlines and maintain our commitment to excellence. As a key member of Cold Fleet Logistics, you will help optimize our delivery processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily planning and scheduling of courier routes to ensure timely deliveries. Coordinate with drivers, clients, and warehouse staff to streamline operations. Monitor real-time delivery progress and resolve any logistical issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of shipments, schedules, and driver logs. Implement improvements to optimize route efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates. Support management in developing strategic logistics plans.

Qualifications

Proven experience in logistics management or supply chain coordination. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Valid driving license. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of temperature-controlled transportation is a plus. Fluency in English is required.
