We're seeking an experienced

Transport Shift Manager

to join our team at our

Glasgow Depot

(G32 8EY). This full-time, permanent role involves leading and developing your team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance across transport operations.

Transport Shift Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver OGSM targets through KPI management and performance coaching. Manage people effectively, including reviews, development plans, and employee relations. Champion health and safety and ensure legal/audit compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance and embed MMID behaviours.

- Wednesday - Saturday, 0600 starts, 10 hour shifts
