Job role: Transport Supervisor

Location: Totton, Southampton

Hours: 42.5 hours

Rota: Fully flexible working 5 days over 7 days, Monday to Sunday.

Role Essentials

Your role as Transport Supervisor will be to support the Transport Manager in all areas of the transport department including routing, forecasting, driver training & development, driver management, compliance, fleet maintenance and many other Transport functions.

Experience in a similar role is essential, along with good knowledge regarding drivers' hours, working time directive and key legislation. Full driving licence required. Supervisor experience within a transport environment. Strong people management skills. Ability to work smart in a fast-paced logistics environment. Flexible and adaptable, as shifts will vary and may involve evenings.
