Are you looking for your next step in Transport? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Transport Team Leader to join our Harlow distribution Centre.

Overall, your main duties will be:

• You will be responsible for leading a team of Drivers and Transport Coordinators to ensure safe, efficient, reliable, and cost-effective delivery and collection services for the company and its customers.
• You will be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while managing the daily operations.
• You will also be accountable for ensuring compliance in transport legislation and O licence responsibilities, and the implementation of cost-effective strategies to improve service quality.

What do you bring?

• Prior experience in a fast-paced transport/logistics environment, with an up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• CPC qualification is desirable but not necessity.
• Possess a positive "can do" attitude.
• The successful applicant should demonstrate strong communication skills and be able to motivate and lead a team.
• Ability to build relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Furthermore, they should have excellent organisational skills.
