The Good Travel Company is expanding - and we're looking for a Travel Branch Manager to lead our new Dumfries office!

We're launching a brand-new travel agency within our well-established currency exchange business in Dumfries -- and with an already high customer footfall, this is an exciting opportunity to grow something special from day one.

What You'll Be Doing



Managing and developing the Dumfries travel branch Handling customer enquiries in person, online, and by phone Creating tailored travel offers, detailed itineraries, and travel documents Passionately advising clients and curating unforgettable travel experiences Proactively selling special promotions and exclusive offers Building lasting customer relationships through outstanding service Working closely with suppliers and the wider Good Travel team to deliver business growth

What We're Looking For



You are an ambitious and service-driven travel professional with:

Minimum 2 years' experience in the travel industry (agency, tour operator, or homeworking) Excellent destination and product knowledge across key global regions A genuine passion for travel and customer service Strong sales and communication skills Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to thrive under pressure Availability for a full-time role (40 hours per week) Residence within commutable distance to Dumfries
Previous management or supervisory experience is desirable but not essential -- the right attitude and drive to lead will stand out most.
