Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our expanding dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping clients plan their perfect trips, providing expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements. Provide tailored travel solutions, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary planning. Research and recommend destinations, activities, and accommodations that align with clients' interests. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and industry developments. Handle all aspects of the booking process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the planning or travel process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with suppliers to secure the best rates and services for clients.

Requirements

Previous experience in a travel consultancy role is highly desirable. Alternatively, excellent social media posting, in the first instance, with training to run alongside to become part of our sales team Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using booking systems and travel software. A passion for travel and a desire to share that enthusiasm with others. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and preferences.
