We are expanding our team and seeking motivated, professional, and reliable individuals to join our organisation.

We currently have two openings: one for an

Apprentice-Level Trainee Travel Agent

and another for an

Experienced Travel Agent / GDS Trainer

.

Position 1: Trainee Travel Agent (Apprenticeship Level)

Training Duration:

6 months - 1 year

Base Pay:

Apprenticeship rate (as per UK Government guidelines)

Commission Range:

300 - 5,000+ per month (performance-based)

Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals beginning a career in the travel industry. The programme provides structured in-house training covering:

Airline reservations and ticketing Global Distribution Systems (GDS) including

Sabre

,

Galileo

, and

Amadeus

Customer service and administrative procedures for travel and identity-related services

Key Details:

Internal exams must be passed to qualify for a permanent role (full-time or part-time). Training is normally chargeable; however, exceptional candidates may be considered for sponsored training. Upon qualification, you will receive a

base salary plus commissions

.

Position 2: Experienced Travel Agent / GDS Trainer

Contract Type:

2 years (with strong likelihood of becoming permanent)

Base Salary:

National Minimum Wage (based on age bracket)

Commission Range:

300 - 5,000+ per month (performance-based)

Additional Bonuses:

For each staff member successfully trained

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced travel professional to manage client bookings and provide training support to new staff in GDS platforms.

Requirements:

Proficiency in

Sabre

(essential);

Galileo

or

Amadeus

experience advantageous. Previous experience in travel consultancy or GDS training. Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.

General Terms (Applicable to Both Roles)

Initial training:

3 weeks (base salary only).

Probationary period:

6 months.

Primary duties:

Customer service, flight management, document assistance, and general office support.

Preferred candidate:

Due to the nature of our client base, we particularly welcome applications from

female candidates fluent in Urdu and/or Punjabi as well as English

, to assist our predominantly South Asian clientele.

Work Visa:

At the company's discretion, high-performing

permanent

staff may be considered for

sponsorship under a Work Visa

route.

Schedule and Location

Office-based role at

290A Dunstable Road, Luton

. Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts may apply).
