Travel Claims Handler - Insurance - Cardiff - Up to - \xc2\xa326,000

Yolk Recruitment is working with an incredible insurance company based in Cardiff. My client are looking for a Travel Claims Handler to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessing indemnity, liability, and claim value
  • Identifying and addressing potential fraud indicators
  • Proactively managing a portfolio of claims
  • Negotiating claim settlements
  • Ensuring outstanding customer service
  • Upholding compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to enhancing operational processes within claims



About you:
  • Experience working within a claims environment
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships
  • The ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Self-motivation and a collaborative mindset
