Yolk Recruitment is working with an incredible insurance company based in Cardiff. My client are looking for a Travel Claims Handler to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing indemnity, liability, and claim value
- Identifying and addressing potential fraud indicators
- Proactively managing a portfolio of claims
- Negotiating claim settlements
- Ensuring outstanding customer service
- Upholding compliance with regulatory requirements
- Contributing to enhancing operational processes within claims
About you:
- Experience working within a claims environment
- Strong communication skills to build relationships
- The ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Self-motivation and a collaborative mindset
